Metropia’s founder, Howard Sokolowski, has a rich history in residential development. As co-founder and CEO of Tribute Communities for 25 years, Howard led the development of over 30,000 homes. As a result of Howard’s hard work and dedication he is highly regarded by these families and associations. In addition, under Howard’s leadership the company won numerous community and development awards from J.D. Power, the Ontario Home Builders Association and the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association including Project of the Year, Community of the Year and Builder of the Year.

Another partner in Metropia is Tony Moro. Previously President and CEO of Del Terra/ Tridel Builders, Tony brings with him over 35 years experience as Canada’s leading builder of condominium communities during which time he developed over 40,000 condominium units. Under Tony’s leadership, Del Terra/ Tridel Builders won numerous awards including J.D. Power and Hi-Rise Builder of the Year.

Knightsbridge Homes has become known as a niche design/ build firm with the ability to create unique architectural solutions for all their projects.
